WRC是 World Rally Championship的縮寫，中文稱為世界拉力錦標賽或世界越野錦標賽，賽道都是由各主辦國提供國內的公路所組成的，瑞典的冰天雪地、阿根廷的惡劣山路、西班牙的高速道路、紐西蘭的草原、非洲肯亞的原野 . . . .，全都是真實世界的道路，幾乎可以說是 " 只要有路的地方，WRC就能比賽 " 。

美國大學籃球史上最著名的兩位教練，一位是奈特（Bobby Knight），另一位是克爾澤維斯基（Mike Krzyzewski）。
奈特是德州科技大學籃球校隊的總教練，綽號「將軍」的他是標準的火爆浪子。他對球員非常嚴厲，帶隊一切講求紀律，手下的球員都對他敬畏三分，外界有些人批評他的做法根本太過火。原本在印第安那大學長期擔任教練的奈特，後來因為用手抓傷學生而遭到開除。他的火爆紀錄還包括，掐學生的脖子、因為不滿裁判的判決，當場摔椅子橫越過球場。
